Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomatoes very ripe
  • 250 g cucumber
  • 100 g green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g stale bread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup water

  • Cut the tomatoes

  • Cut the peeled cucumber

  • Add everything to a large mixing bowl

  • Cut the bread into cubes

  • Mix everything together

  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Add the sherry vinegar

  • Let the mix sit for 2 hours so the juices come out and the flavors mix
