Cut the baguette into slices
Take out a dried tomato from the jar and let the oil drain for a second or two
Place the dried tomato over the slice of baguette
Cut a slice of the rolled goat cheese
And place it on top of the dried tomato
Optionally, you can use a kitchen torch to char the goat cheese a bit
This heats it up and gives it a nice color
Add pistachios for crunch and color
You can char these a bit too, if you'd like
Finally add a toothpick in the center to hold all the elements together
