Helping more people discover Spain through food, places, and stories.
Tapas Hunters is a new food and travel magazine that brings Spanish gastronomy closer to an international audience.
We explore the food, people, places and traditions that make Spain worth discovering – from the tapas served in a neighbourhood bar to the products, producers and regional traditions behind them.
Alongside our editorial work, we collaborate with people and organizations who are helping shape Spain’s food and travel scene.
Let’s tell a story worth discovering
We are interested in working with:
Hotels & hospitality
Places with a story, a strong sense of place or an experience worth sharing with people discovering Spain.
Restaurants & chefs
People creating interesting food and preserving or reinterpreting Spanish culinary traditions.
Food producers & DOP/IGP organizations
Products, ingredients and producers whose stories deserve to be better known beyond their region.
Tourism & destination organizations
Places and experiences that can help international visitors discover a deeper side of Spain.
Gastronomic events & festivals
Events that bring together food, people, culture, and ideas.
What we create
We know Spain. We also know what international visitors are looking for.
We create websites, photography, video and digital experiences that help great Spanish businesses present themselves clearly and attractively to the people they want to reach.
Websites
Websites that make it easy to choose you.
We design modern, clear websites for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other gastronomy and tourism businesses.
We look at your business through the eyes of someone discovering it for the first time, including the questions an international visitor is likely to have: What is this place? What should I expect? Where is it? What should I order? How do I book or visit?
Photography & Video
Beautiful, natural visual storytelling created by our photographer and videographer.
We create photography and short-form video that can be used across websites, social media and other communication channels.
Digital Presence
Make the whole journey clearer.
Your website, photos, information, Google presence and social channels all shape how people decide where to go.
We help bring those pieces together so your digital presence reflects the quality of the experience you offer.
International Storytelling
We create stories that help people who don’t already know Spain understand its food, places and traditions.
This can include editorial stories, destination content, food and product stories, interviews and other international-facing content.
Creative Collaborations
We’re open to projects that don’t fit neatly into a category.
A food event. A regional product. A destination. A chef bringing an old tradition into a new context. A story that deserves to travel further.
If there’s something interesting happening in Spanish gastronomy or hospitality, tell us about it.
Editorial independence matters to us
Tapas Hunters is an independent publication.
We decide what we cover based on our editorial interests, not on who pays us. We don’t accept payment in exchange for positive reviews, restaurant recommendations or editorial opinions.
Commercial collaborations are separate from our editorial work.
Organizations can work with us to create photography, video and storytelling for their own channels and communication, while our editorial decisions remain independent.
We believe that’s what makes the relationship work.
Who we are
Tapas Hunters is created by a photographer and digital specialist couple living in Spain.
We started Tapas Hunters because we wanted to look at Spain through food – not just the dishes visitors already know, but the places, people, ingredients and traditions behind them.
Our work combines visual storytelling, writing and a genuine curiosity about Spanish food culture.
We’re new, and we want to keep it like that. We’re building Tapas Hunters by meeting people, visiting places, and discovering stories worth sharing.
Have something worth discovering?
